Large double in Balham, flexible weekday let

Large double bedroom in 2nd floor Balham flat. Really great location for commuters. Less than 3min walk to the station and Sainsbury's 1 min away.

The room has ample space for a double bed, large desk, wardrobe and drawers. Windows recently double glazed, so noise level is really low from the road.

Spacious kitchen/living room and completely separate utility room, which also helps with noise around the flat.

Not ensuite, but I'm the only other one in the flat so it's all kept quite clean.

My flatmate is taking all his furnishings with him, so you're welcome to either bring/buy your own or I'm happy to furnish it myself with some basics (bed, wardrobe)

Looking for minimum £700 a month for Mon-Fri let (all bills included), but if you are planning on staying fewer nights, we can look at adjusting this (additional cost for couples is £150/month for Mon-Fri let)

There's also a roof terrace and private building bike storage if you need.
