Hey, our housemate is moving out so we have a spare room going in our house in Clapham Park!

A bit about the house:

- Big private garden (very rare for rent price!)

- 15 min walk to Clapham South & Balham stations
- 10 min bus to Brixton & Victoria line
- 5 min walk to Sainsbury Local] and Anytime Fitness Gym

Deposit - £862.50
Rent - £820 p/m
Bills - approx. £175 p/m (Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electricity and Broadband)
We are in Lambeth Council and Tax Band E.

I've unfortunately got to leave this great sharehouse as my Visa is expiring. I lived here for 2 and a half years, and am only leaving as I have to move back to Australia.

There is a Clothes Hanging Rack, TV, Desk, Desk Chair and Computer Screen that I am happy to discuss leaving in the room.

Lee (24, Eng), Alex (28, Eng) and Henry (21, Aus) are looking for someone to join us as a housemate. We all love our sports, and will frequently spend time watching sport or other TV together and, evenings together at the pub.
