Small double available

Small double room available from mid April.

House is located between Clapham and Balham, has a shared living room, decent size kitchen and large garden.

The room itself is small, therefore not suitable for anyone who works from home.

You’d be living with 2 women, mid thirties, who do their own thing.

The house has just been put up for sale, therefore it’s hard to advise how long you would be here for. You would be given a minimum of 4 months notice, if the property does sell.

That being said, would still like to find a like minded woman, who is respectful of the shared areas.

Not a party house, more of somewhere to come back to relax and chill.
