Double Room with Ensuite

Hey!

My flatmate sadly has to move back to the US so I'm looking for someone to join our cute flat on the border between Balham + Streatham Hill.

About the room:
- furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table (but can be removed if you have furniture)
- you have an ensuite with shower + toilet
- move in from end April/early May (can be flexible for the right person)

About the flat:
- 10 min walk to Streatham Hill (train to London Bridge/Victoria)
- 15 min walk to Balham (Northern lines + tube)
- 10 min bus to Brixton (or about 25 min walk!)
- separate kitchen/lounge and loft (extra storage)
- bus stop literally right outside
- rent: 850pm, bills about 100-150 (including a cleaner)
- council tax band C

About me:
I'm Georgie, recently turned 30 and work in marketing. I love reading, Pilates, tennis, cooking, binging reality TV (RHOBH/SLC are my faves!).

I’m pretty tidy and relaxed as a person so looking for someone else who’s got a similar vibe! I’d love to do the occasional thing with my flatmate and want this to feel like a proper home to come back to 💖
