Current Flatmates: 2 male professionals (28 & 29 yo), one works in marketing, the other in PR. Both WFH 2 days a week.

What we're looking for: Someone chill & conceintious, who will come out to the pub, etc with us and socialise in the flat but also respect time for themselves. No couples please.

- Bills: Around £120 (ranges between seasons)
- So around £850 p/m for rent & bills.

Deposit is one month rent (£733), and letting agent needs references for full time employment, salary, and previous landlord.
