1 spacious double room available in a 2-bed garden flat in residential Balham. It's a lovely airy flat, getting beautiful light, and is kept really homely, clean and tidy.

I'm looking for someone who is up for living in a friendly environment, a drink/coffee every now and then, and around 25+ to come and slot into this lovely home. More details:

🗓️ Rent cycle is 27th of the month, so 27th June, 27th July etc.

🏡 The flat is on the ground floor. Large kitchen and dining room, separate living room. There is a narrow garden. It is rented unfurnished, and would be partly furnished eg I have kitchen furniture but we would need to find a sofa.

🛏️ Your bedroom would need a double bed, it also could take a bedside table, chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a desk etc.

👭 You will be sharing with me, Catriona (PR), I'm clean, friendly, and considerate, I love going for coffees, pilates, seeing exhibitions and films, exploring different areas of London.

🧖‍♀️ The bathroom with a large shower is shared and is kept clean.

💵 £1200pcm + c.£180pp bills (council, TV, utilities, wifi, insurance).

📍c.15 mins from Balham tube and train station, c.15 mins from Streatham Hill train station. Lots of buses to Clapham, Chelsea etc in either direction.

Great spot on a residential street, 2 mins to Tooting Common.
Balham has loads of great restaurants and cafés, and a Sainsbury's, Aldi, Waitrose, TK Maxx and corner shops, Boots, drycleaners all nearby.
