6 Month Sublet - Double Room Balham

I am advertising a 6 month sublet available from 1 August 2026 until 31st January 2027 due to working abroad for this period. Potentially able to extend depending on other flatmates’ plans.

Furnished double room in a homely flat in Balham (and a short walk from Tooting Bec). The flat has a spacious living room and large balcony, 1 bathroom and separate kitchen. It is about an 8 minute walk from Balham tube and national rail station and really near both Wandsworth and Tooting Commons. There is bike storage outside in the block’s shared garden.

You will be living with two lovely flatmates. Both flat mates are 31 and in professional jobs and divide time between office and home working but always feels like there is lots of space in the flat.

They enjoy hanging out together in the evening binge-watching a series, popping to the pub or enjoying the lovely sun-trap balcony but equally are out and about a lot particularly at the weekends.

Keen to sublet for the whole 6 months ideally. We have lived in the flat for a few years now and really love it.

Permission to sublet agreed with the landlord who will need references.
