Small Room to Rent in Clapham South/Balham

Myself (31), Nazy (30) and George (27) are looking for a fourth member of our household! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity not to be overlooked.

We are looking for someone who is:

- sociable and likes a laugh
- clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
- ideally not over 7ft as the room is small
- doesn’t play any percussive instruments

The room is south-facing onto the street so you have plenty of natural light. It is small so if you WFH, it’s probably not suitable as there’s no room for a desk.

The house itself has a very homely feel, as you’d hope to expect with a home. It’s light, spacious and we look after it well.

Bills currently come in at around £115 per month.
