Huge double room to rent in Balham share house

Monthly rent: £892 including bills

I’m looking for someone to replace me in my Balham share house. The room is sunny, huge and comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, shelving unit and floor mirror.

The other furniture in the room is available to purchase (desk, desk chair, monitor, heater, lounge chair, and steel shelving).

The house is detached in a secure gated private area. The house has 2.5 bathrooms (one room has an ensuite), a kitchen and lounge area, and is multi level. Whilst it’s only 10 minutes walk to Balham high street/tube/overground, the home itself is really quiet and peaceful.

You’d be living with three girls, Scottish and Kiwi, aged between 27 and 30, working in graphic design, sustainability, and fundraising. The girls are all super lovely, I’m moving as I’m returning home to Australia. They’re looking for someone to call the house their home, and for someone who can also be a friend.
