2 Balham Rooms - Mid July

Hey everyone, I have 2 rooms available in mid July in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Balham as one flatmate is moving back to NZ & the other is moving out with her boyfriend.

Room 1 £915 + £120 bills - move in 11th July
Room 2 £890 + £120 bills - move in 20th July

The flat has lots of shared space on a quiet residential street in Balham. It’s a 5 minute walk to balham tube/national rail station, and very close to Sainsbury’s, also, waitrose, lovely cafes, restaurants, pubs etc!

Flat is managed by a property manager who is great and we have a really good relationship! We are now on a rolling contract as of the recent legislation changes, but I am keen to have some flatmates planning on sticking around for at least 12 months.

I am looking for similar people late 20s/ early 30s who are tidy, clean and respectful, girls or guys. Preference is little-to-no WFH.
