En-suite double room available in a gorgeous Balham house.

We are looking for someone to join our sociable, fun and friendly girls house around mid July (move in date flexible).

The house is high spec with all the appliances you need (dishwasher, underfloor heating dryer, coffee machine and even air con!). We have a south facing garden which catches the sun all day.

Room:
- En-suite with shower
- Lots of storage
- Furnished with built in wardrobe, bed, mattress and a set of drawers

Location:
- 7 minute walk to Balham tube and overground
- 10 minute walk to Clapham Common
- Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Aldi just around the corner!

You will be sharing with 3 other housemates aged between 27 - 30. We’re all really sociable and would like someone who will be a friend as well as a housemate! We enjoy going to the pub, occasional nights out and chilling together or cooking a weeknight. We’re clean and tidy and would like someone who is house proud just as we are.

The room is £1490 per month not including bills. We would love to meet you and arrange viewings!
