Looking for a female flatmate to move into our 3-bed Balham flat. We are a 5 minute walk from the station. You'll be living with 2 other girls: Hermione and Francesca.

Our flat is on the first floor of a two story maisonette. The large double bedroom is fully furnished and on it's own floor with it's own ensuite. We love our little flat - we have an open-plan kitchen and living room, which is really sociable, as well as a roof terrace, which is a sun-trap and an absolute dream in the summer.

We're looking for a friend as much as a flatmate. Someone who wants to make the house a home and enjoys a clean, comfortable living space.

Balham is a really lovely, safe area, with lots of cute shops and brunch spots and we're within walking distance of Tooting, Wandsworth and Clapham Common. The room is £991 per month, plus bills which come to around £80-90 per month, depending on usage. The deposit is £1076.66 and the move in date is the 5th July.
