Balham room

Hey everyone,
I have 1 room available July 20 in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Balham as I am moving back to NZ.

Room is a great size and comes furnished, sharing a bathroom with 1 other at £890 + £120 bills.

Looking for someone late 20s/early 30s who’s respectful, clean and chill, open to hanging out together but has their own life too. Preference is little-to-no WFH. You’d be living with Hayley (29yo Aussie female, physio) and Will (29yo British male, working for crystal palace FC).

The flat has lots of shared space on a quiet/safe residential street in Balham with a little back garden. It’s a 5 minute walk to balham tube/national rail station, and very close to Sainsbury’s, lovely cafes, restaurants, pubs etc!

Flat is managed by a property manager who is great and we have a really good relationship. Now we are on a rolling contract as of the recent legislation changes, but the flatmates are keen to get someone who’s planning on sticking around for at least 12 months.
