Sadly both of my lovely flatmates are moving out to study/work abroad 🥺 so I’m looking two new flatmates for a gorgeous, newly renovated 3-bed Balham flat!

I have lived in the flat for over two years now and love living here as it's really spacious, the location is excellent (5 min walk from Wandsworth common / 8 min walk from Balham) and the landlord is great!

The move in date is 1 August 2026!

About me:
I’m 31 and work in the city! I try to stay active (netball, running, pilates) and I love a night in front of the tv or cooking, as much as drinks, live music, ticking a restaurant off my (very long) list, or doing something wholesome, creative or outdoorsy. I’m fairly chilled, but like to keep a clean, cosy space.

I’m ideally looking for girls aged between 27-33 who work full time and are either in a hybrid role (or in the office) so there is some balance between work and home. I’d love to find new flatmates who are looking for a home rather than just a spare room!

About the flat:
The flat was newly renovated at the end of last year. The kitchen comes with a washer/dryer, large dishwasher, cupboard each and plenty of storage room for kitchen bits.

About the rooms:
The rooms come with a bed (with under bed storage space), large double wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Rent:
Ensuite room: £1,300/month (deposit: £1,500)
Double room: £1,050 (deposit: £1194.23)
Bills: around £110/month each
