En-suite bedroom available from 3rd July in a fantastic 3-bedroom flat, just a 3 minute walk from Balham Station. £980 pcm (excluding bills).

We are looking for girl (late 20s) to join the flat as our friend is sadly moving out to live with her boyfriend.

About the Room: This room is a double bedroom with big wardrobe space and an en-suite with a shower etc. It is a really gorgeous light room but there is limited space for a desk so we would be looking for someone who is based in the office ideally 5 days a week as we like to keep the lounge as a shared social space.

Location: Just a 3-minute walk from Balham Station and a bus stop at the end of the room.

Easy access to local bars, supermarkets (Aldi, Sainsburys, Waitrose are a 5 min walk and Co-Op is 1 min away. Tooting and Wandsworth Common are really close by.

About the Flatmates: You'll be living with Chloe and Liv aged 27&28 who get on great and are like to do brunch/dinner but equally have their own lives as groups and friends.
