A spacious en-suite room in our friendly house share in Balham is available with immediate effect.
The house is spread across four floors and is currently home to five other housemates.
We like to think of ourselves as an easy-going and sociable household – everyone gets along well, and we often try to organise activities together.
We’re looking for another working professional who is outgoing, considerate, and would enjoy being part of the existing house dynamic.

The room and house include:
• All bills included

• Weekly cleaner for communal areas, plus room cleaning every three weeks

• Sky TV in the living room

• Secure bike storage, if required

• En-suite bathroom

• Fully furnished room, including a Smart TV

• Fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, washer and dryer

• Conservatory

• Large garden with outdoor furniture

The location is ideal, with excellent transport links and local amenities nearby:
• Tooting Bec Station – 5-minute walk

• Balham Station – 10-minute walk

• Tooting Broadway Station – 20-minute walk
