We have a double room available in Balham from the end of July. Our lovely flat mate is moving in with her boyfriend 👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼!

-Room rent £750pm.
-£80-120pm for bills (depending on time of year- usually 120 in the colder months!).
-8min walk to Balham tube station and high street.
-5min walk to Wandsworth common.

You’ll be living with Ellen (30, English, Comms), Hannah (27, Irish/Korean, Admin), and Sai (27, Aussie/SA Indian, OT)

We have a very spacious shared kitchen. You will have a spacious bathroom that you’ll share with 1 other person (Sai). It has a separate toilet to the shower which is good for busy mornings! There are radiators throughout the house which is perfect for winter and a big window in your room for summer! The lounge is heavily used to chill and catch up on MAFS in the evenings 🍷

We are a girly flat, we love having a catch up on the couch with a cuppa/ glass of wine and going on nights out together!🫶🏼 looking for someone clean, respectful and fun aged 28-32.
