Looking for a new flat mate as mine is sadly moving out. Room is a double with furniture and bathroom is shared. Flat is very spacious and has a separate living room at the front of the property and kitchen at the back as well as benefitting from a garden. Walking distance to Balham station and high street (approx 12 min walk) and a lovely safe road. Looking for a female professional to share with who is clean and tidy, likes their own space but also to hang out.
