Lovely double in friendly house share Balham

I am leaving my lovely double bedroom in a friendly house share in Balham and looking for a girl in her 30s to fill it. I've lived here for year with some of the other housemates having lived here for numerous years but I am sadly moving as I have purchased my own apartment.

The 3-storey house is situated on a quiet residential street, with great transport links, 10 min walk from Balham tube state with access to the Northern Line and trains to Victoria in 15 mins via Clapham Junction. There is a bus stop also about a 7 minute walk.

The rooms are spread across two floors with our 3 girls rooms on the first floor with a shared bathroom and the two boys on the second floor with separate shared toilet and shower. There are three toilets in the house. The house has a lovely garden as well which is great for bbqs in the summer or just for sitting out.

All bills are included.

A little bit about us, Heather is Irish and loves running and fitness but is still partial to a Jubel and having summer fun first. Jess is Scottish, loves a night out but also chilling in the Common reading her book and going to gigs. The two boys are called Harry and both love travelling, football and socialising. Everyone in the house is aged between 32-34 and work professionally with a mixture of in office and work from home days.

We all know each other from Spareroom and are a friendly bunch and just enjoy the usual London socialising which Balham is great for with all its nice pubs and restaurants. Equally, we have our own lives and friends, you definitely don't feel like there are 5 people in this house, we are not on top of each other as we are often out and about.

To keep the balance, we are looking for a girl in her 30s who works professional to fill this room. Although we have our own lives, us girls are friendly and do socialise together going to the pub or a walk / run so we are looking for someone who would enjoy this also.

We will be doing viewings last 2 weeks of June with move in date early / mid July.
