Room available 10 min walk to Balham & Tooting Bec

We are looking for someone easy-going and friendly to move into my room preferably by 9 July.

I am moving out to go and live with a friend of mine, and you’ll be living with my lovely flatmate Ibrahim, who is super friendly, outgoing and v clean and considerate! Ibrahim lived in Australia for 8 years and now works in insurance in London. He's really really great.

The flat is a very chilled, relaxed space where we tend to unwind together or separately, a stones throw from Tooting Bec Common with all the outdoor space that comes with it! The flat has also recently been renewed with brand new sofas and carpets as of last year.

It has a huge living/dining room, bright & modern kitchen with a new oven/hob, breakfast bar, and small balcony that can be accessed from it. The bathroom has a shower over bath and is easy to keep clean. The flat has big double glazed windows throughout to keep it bright & airy all year round.

Nott to mention Wandsworth has the cheapest council tax in the country and this flat falls into Council Tax Band C. There are a ton of local bars and restaurants nearby, Balham High Rd has everything you need so you never need to go far!

The room itself comes with a double bed, wardrobe, one nightstand and I'd be happy to sell my chest of drawers if needed. The only thing coming with me furniture-wise (outside of the chest of drawers if not required) is the ceiling lampshade.

We’re looking for someone relaxed, clean, someone who is sociable though also enjoys their personal time, who can move in preferably by 9 July. I have some flexibility on move out date before then, so just let me know and we can discuss and go over details.
