Lovely double room available in Balham

Hiya!

We have 1 double room (single occupancy) available in our beautifully modern and spacious 4 bedroom house in Balham. There’s also a great size garden with furniture and a bike shed in the garden. You’ll be living with 3 other girls. The room will be available in August - ideally the bank holiday but could stretch to the week before. The house has 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, living room and garden. The room comes part furnished (bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers).

The Room: First Floor | £880 (bills excl)

Bills: £80-£100 roundabouts (water, electricity, council tax & bi-weekly communal cleaner) Wandsworth is also the cheapest council tax!

Deposit: £800

About us: You would be living with three other young professionals (28, 29 & 30). We are a very friendly, easy-going, sociable household but also appreciate each others space. We all enjoy going out, holidays and eating out! We are looking for housemates that would join in on social activities and be friends not lodgers.

The Area: 5 min walk to Balham Underground, Overground and high street. 15 min walk to Tooting Common.
30 min walk to Clapham Common.
Good cycle and bus routes.
