Room in the heart of Balham

A bright and comfortable room is available from 23 October in a friendly house just a 2-minute walk from Balham station and the High Road, with great transport links, shops, pubs and restaurants on your doorstep.

The room comes with a small double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The house is a six bed property but never feels too busy! The kitchen is large and there is plenty of space for multiple chefs at once. The house has a separate lounge and a garden with a decking area which is well used in the summer.

Room has become available only because a housemate is moving abroad. Landlord is chill and responsive when needed but largely pretty laid back.

Current housemates are very friendly, love a trip to the pub, enjoy our sports (watching and playing) and eating good food. We do hang out together but equally do our own thing.
