Small double room available in Balham flat

Hey everyone! We're Ashleigh from South Africa and Hannah from New Zealand, currently looking for a new flatmate to join our sunny flat in Balham. The room will be available from 22 July 2026.
Rent is £650pm and bills are approx £130pm (including council tax, electricity, water, and internet).
The room is furnished with a double bed, drawers, and a wardrobe.

About the flat:
Three-bedroom flat with one shared bathroom, a 7-minute walk from Balham station. The flat has a large cosy living room and a spacious kitchen, which includes a washing machine and dishwasher. There are 4th floor views with all-day sun and stunning sunsets from the west-facing balcony.

We do enjoy socialising and are looking for someone friendly and tidy. Ideally, we are looking for someone of a similar age, around 26–35, and as the room has no space for a desk, it would suit someone who doesn’t work from home full time.

Unfortunately, the landlord won’t accept pets.
