The flat is a lovely Victorian style with modern interior with easy transport into central London (10 min walk from Balham tube and large Sainsbury’s).
The landlord is fantastic and sorts any problems instantly.
I am a consultant, largely in the office 5 days a week. I am into various sports - gym, running, cycling, hiking and am always up for a trip to the pub.
