Double in Balham! Flexible Availability August

Hey!

Myself and my flatmate are looking for a girl to replace our housemate who is moving abroad. Move-in dates can be in August, with the latest being the 31st.

About the home:

- Less than 5M walk to Balham Tube / Close to Balham High Road
- Large double bedroom, with plenty of light and space on the top floor
- Sharing a bathroom with me (another is available on Neeraj's floor if needed!)
- Quiet, residential street
- Large kitchen and living room (plenty of streaming services!)
- The room has enough room for a desk and to work from

About us:

- You’ll probs catch me mid-week at the gym, working late, or watching some TV shows. At the weekend, I tend to be out and about exploring London and up for hanging out and new food spots. I work as a research economist.

- Neeraj is often singing in the shower, cooking, or finding the next best TV show to watch. He works in marketing tech.

- We often have a show on the go, but we also give each other space and are perfectly happy doing our own thing.

About you:

- We're looking for a working professional around 30-35 who wants to be part of a home.

- Please no couples, pets, or students. It’s not really a place to host afters/parties (we live on a residential street)

Move-in Date - Flexible August
Rent - £1000
Bills - £130ish
Reference (and meeting with landlord required, the landlord is great and always fixes things quickly!)
