Bright, good sized double room to rent in Balham.

You'll be sharing with two professional males, aged 26 and 31. We're friends and have a good atmosphere in the flat. We often go running in the local parks, occasionally cook together, play the odd board game or pub quiz, but when we’re sick of the sight of each other we like to do our own things. We also work from home most of the time so the flat will be occupied during the day.

We're looking for someone who enjoys a friendly and sociable home rather than living completely separate lives. Ideally, you're easy going, tidy, and up for the occasional chat or drink.
