We’re looking for someone to take the spare room in our newly renovated house in Tooting. We’ve just put down the deposit, so you’ll be the first person to live in the room!

* 10-minute walk to Balham Tube
About us:
You’ll be living with Kai, Jack and Stuart, aged 25–30. We’re all easy-going, social lads who enjoy the pub, watching and playing sport, and the usual social stuff. We’d also like to keep the house clean and tidy, so we’re looking for someone similar who’ll fit in well.
