Our current flatmate is moving out and we have a lovely bright room available in our 3 bed flat near Clapham South.

-Rent: £890 per month without bills (approx. ~£90 per month)
-Location: Balham, 7 mins walk to Clapham South Station and 10 mins to Balham. Top floor flat on a quiet road.
-Date Available: From 1st August
-Room: Quiet double room comes fully furnished (apart from the desk and storage shelves).
-Council Tax Band: Wandsworth Band D

Current flatmates:
Sophie (25) works within the fashion/entertainment relations industry and enjoys spending her free time exploring London, trying out new restaurants, visiting museums and reading. Lottie (24) works in the building development industry and enjoys spending her time shopping, watching Netflix and baking.

What we are looking for:
We are ideally looking for a new female flatmate around the same age who is sociable, tidy and has similar interests. We are a relaxed household and enjoy spending evenings and weekends together going to the local pubs and bars.
