Bedroom available in 2 bed flat in Balham

Hi, I'm Jamie, and I'm looking for a new flatmate after two years living here with my friend, who's just bought their own place. I work from a desk in my room when I'm working from home, and my flatmate generally works from the table in the living room when she's home, as she sticks to office hours, so this could be an option for you too. The flat was unfurnished when we moved in, but most of the furniture in the pictures will be staying with me, and my friend is willing to sell the furniture in the bedroom to you should this be needed. The bedroom also has an inbuilt wardrobe. There's also a good sized communal garden at the back of the flat to enjoy, if you like to have a green space. I'm not much of a partier but do enjoy the pub on the weekends, especially after playing at my friend's badminton club. I'm happy to hang out, watch TV, sport or film, cook together or show you a bit of Balham if you're new to area but i do already have my own things to do too so a happy mix would be great.
