Although being a basement flat, the bedroom available has windows and a private doorway with access to the backyard which provides plenty of natural light and fresh air.

🛁Bathrooms & Laundry: The main bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and hand basin. There is also a secondary toilet and hand basin room. The laundry is equipped with both a washer and a dryer.

💸Price: £1065 pcm for a single, or £1260 pcm for a couple.
All bills included (utilities, TV license, internet) except council tax which is roughly £56 per room, per month.

👫About Housemates: You will be sharing this flat with only one other couple being myself and my partner. We are a couple of New Zealanders in their early thirties and have been living in London for 1.5 years. I work at a school 5 days a week, whereas my partner Corey works in construction 5-6 days a week.

We are a social couple who would love to live with similarly social people, but also know and value having separate space and time. We enjoy going out to explore new places, whether that be for a drink or simply just a walk, as well as heading out at night in search of good music, including festivals and other experiences.
