🌸 Deposit: £1210 (its greater than 5 weeks rent due to it being a house contract and one of the rooms pays more)

About us:
You’ll be living with myself (27) who has been here for 3 years and Sophie (31) who has been here for 7 months. We originally met playing netball, Lizzie still plays in the team in the area and we been going to Tooting run club 🩵

We are two sociable, friendly girls who enjoy chilled nights in and going out so we are looking for a like minded person in her mid twenties/early 30s

Rented through an estate agent and it will be a new contract, when issues are raised the landlords are fast to act and they haven't increased the rent since Lizzie has been here
