I'm leaving London to work at ERA in Cambridge on 20th July so we're looking for a third tenant to replace me in this spacious double-room in Balham from then onwards.
We're all friends from secondary school and the other two tenants will be leaving in September. At which point, if the landlord agrees, then you may be able to get two of your friends to move in as well.
The two tenants are young professionals in tech consulting and asset management. They like sport, trying different cuisines, exploring London, hikes, lots of telly time and a cheeky pub trip.
We're looking for a young professional, who has a similar vibe/interests, is clean and respectful of the flat and someone who won't have parties all the time. We're quite relaxed and sociable but don't have people over too much. We have a good mix of drinking and non-drinking interests!
Room: Spacious double-room with double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers and mantle.
Flat details: House split into two flats. Spacious living room with large bay windows, separate shower and toilet, kitchen and 10 minute walk to Balham tube/train station.
N. B. Offer conditional on landlord approval.
