Room available in lovely Balham/Clapham South garden flat🌞

Double room available from July 29th ( can be semi flexible ) in Balham with a 10min walk from either Balham/Clapham South tube station. Got an Aldi, Sainburys, Waitrose and many more supermarkets close by. I’m only moving out to live with my boyfriend and will be sad to leave such a lovely flat.

The room is £1000 + bills (£120-£130), it’s a lovely sunny room which is semi furnished (bed frame, mattress and a HUGE wardrobe). We’ve got a garden, 1.5 bath and a tumble dryer which is a big bonus for the winter time. Deposit is roughly £1153( tbc) .

You’ll be living with Taminah (23) she’s a woman in stem and Rochelle (24) who works as a product developer in the food industry. We’re looking for someone who is a similar age (23-26 + girl) who is clean and tidy, social but happy to do their own thing, who would be happy to hang out at home, chilled and relaxed. Someone to become a friend and not just a housemate! They both love to socialise, fitness (especially running), bake, cook, travel and crafts.
