A room is coming available in our lovely Balham flat from 1st September as I’m moving back to NZ
You’ll be living with two British girls 26-28 who are loads of fun and are looking for a social guy or girl or join. We’re looking for someone who likes to get involved in house outings but also has a bit of their own thing going on.

For a few perks about the house it has the gorgeous tooting common a 5 minute walk away, balham tube 10min walk away and local shops and restaurants a 10min walk too.
The room is small but it has plenty of storage, a wardrobe just outside the room and a desk in the lounge to use for wfh (can be user as your office in the week).
