Double room available in our bright and spacious 2-bed flat!

I’ll soon be moving in with my boyfriend and (sadly!) parting with our flat that I currently share.

We’d love to have a female professional aged around 22-45 who’s easygoing, and likes to chat, but also values home as a place to rest and recharge. We keep the house very clean, so we would love someone who’s also clean and respectful.

The flat is well located on a lovely residential street, within walking distance of both Balham and Tooting Bec stations (8-10 minute walk), and a short walk to the green space at Tooting common.

The flat is on the second floor of a large house which is split into 3 flats. Our neighbours are super friendly and both own their flats.

You’d be sharing with Rachel (32) who works as an EA at a tech company. Rachel is a hybrid worker working from home 2 days a week.

There is space for a desk in the lounge/dining room if needed, and a clothes rail in the corridor.

Rent is £1,200 plus bills at around £130 per month.
