Lovely area, less than 10 mins walk from Balham tube & overground and right next to Tooting Common.
You’d be living with 3 others (2 females & 1 male) (28-34). Currently 2 female who work in dance/musical theatre and male who works in recruitment but is also an actor.
There are two bathrooms so you’d only be sharing yours with one other.
