Tenancy Takeover from 1st September!

Hi! I'm looking for someone lovely to take over a room in our house, living with me (26, work in scientific publishing) and my friend Phoebe. Phoebe's 24 (25 by the end of August!) and works as a creative events coordinator, doing gallery exhibitions and activations — she studied painting and loves all things crafty, along with hanging out with friends and exploring new bakeries and pubs. We've both lived in London for a good few years now. Phoebe will actually be joining the flat fresh from the end of August too, so it's a great time to move in as a trio!

We're both easygoing and sociable, into cosy nights in as much as fun nights out - think charity shop hauls, crochet, plants, cooking, gym sessions and girly evenings. We love doing things together but are just as happy pottering in our own space, and we'd genuinely love to live with someone who wants to be friends too, not just a housemate!
