Looking for someone to replace me in this lovely Balham flat. It's a spacious but homey 3 bedroom flat and you would be sharing with two other ladies in their late 20s/30s.

It is an easy ~8 minute walk from Balham station which has all the essentials - Sainsbury's, Aldi, Waitrose, Boots, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Also within walking distance are lovely Commons - Tooting, Wandsworth and Clapham. Transport links are great with National Rail, Northern Line tube and plenty of buses.

The flat includes a large and bright kitchen/dining area (including a dishwasher), separate living room, private garden and shared bathroom. Wifi and a smart tv with Netflix, Prime, Disney+, AppleTV and a TV Licence is all set up.

The room itself is a really nice size with high ceilings, a built in wardrobe, large window with lots of natural light and plenty of room for a desk. It comes unfurnished but am selling the chest of drawers if interested. There is lots of additional storage space in the eaves for bulky items.

You'll be sharing with two lovely ladies, Rachel and Rachael!

Rachel (36) is a graphic designer and Rachael (29) is a data consultant. They both work hybrid. The house has a really relaxed vibe, having a good chat over dinner or movie night, whilst also enjoying down time in a nice calm home.
