Double room in 4 bed house located in Balham

The room is a large double bedroom on the 3rd floor (loft), furnished with a double bed frame, wardrobe, draws next to wardrobe and vanity.

We (Laura, Mary and Rhian) are quite a social bunch; we have our own friends and interests, but also like going to the pub, sitting in the garden or living room together having a spritz and chat. We work from home 2-3 days per week.

Rhian has an adorable 2 year old Cavapoo called Hazel. She is friendly, toilet trained and enjoys being around people.

The house is in central Balham, a couple of minutes’ walk from the high road and within easy walking distance to Balham and Clapham South stations (both within a 10 minute walk).

The house is massive with a large kitchen/diner, separate living room and a nice bathroom. We also have a lovely garden which is great for BBQs in the summer.

Bills have been included in the advertised rent price and include council tax, gas/electricity, TV license, water and broadband. Note: Rent usually increases around October by a small amount (£25 per person/ month).
