Double room available in Balham/Clapham South

We have a double bed room available to move in weekend of the 29th August in Balham/Clapham South area.

It’s in a great location with easy access to transport, shops, cafes and parks. The house has a shared kitchen and living space and a nice, relaxed atmosphere.

We are looking for someone in their late 20’s or early 30’s, who is wanting somewhere long term to live and who will slot right in with us!

Rent: £675 + £120 bills (monthly). You must have a full time job or a UK Guarantor.

We will be doing viewings week commencing 27th July.

About the current flat mates:

Alice is 29, from the UK, has lived in London for 5 years and works in marketing Client Services. She loves Pilates, running and trying new cafes/restaurants, loves a chat and a wine!

Bec is 31 and from Australia, has been in London for a year and a bit, works full time as a PA for a consultancy firm. She loves exploring London, a walk around the commons, an Aperol in the sunshine and travelling around Europe!

Renee is 28, from Australia. She’s been in London for four months, and works in the Events Industry. Outside of work, she loves to travel, explore London and always up for an afternoon walk or wine.
