Hey guys! We're currently seeking someone that could take over my agreement and move in before 1st October.
This is lovely a flat located in Balham, with an excellent community and lots of young professionals. My room is a spacious double bed with storage and lots of natural sunlight (south facing).
The roommates are super relaxed, and great to hangout with. We tend to casually engage with some TV nights, but we also give you privacy and low noise. The house if often very well kept and drama free.
