There is a kitchen perfect for hosting small dinner parties and a separate lounge to relax and entertain. The shared modern bathroom has both a separate shower and double-ended bathtub.
The flat is a five minute walk away from Balham station as well supermarkets, restaurants and Tooting Commons.
I am looking for a young professional or couple to make a home here and enjoy what Balham has to offer!
The room also features a desk however any flatmate will need to keep working at home to a maximum of 2-3 days a week.
