My name is Chloe, and I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in the 3 bed flat I have been living in for 4 years - I was looking for two flatmates, but I have found a friend of a friend for the other room!

The flat is just off of Tooting Common, equidistant between Balham tube/train station and Streatham Hill train station. We are on the first floor of the building and have a small but cosy living room/kitchen/dining room and a private garden, which is great to hang out in on a hot summers day. The room on offer used to be the living room and is a good size, with a large bay window. It comes furnished with a bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We’re looking for someone to join the flat from the 6th of September.

The rent will be £780/month.
The bills are roughly £130/month.

The flatmates:

Chloe (she/her): 29, works in operations in book publishing. Queer, tea obsessed, loves nothing more than knitting and nattering. Also a big fan of music (and obviously books!) and DnD! Works from home often with a couple of days in the office a week.

Lara (they/them): 27, works for an environmental charity - mostly remotely, but goes into coworking spaces or the office on average once a week. Loves playing acoustic guitar, ttrpgs, lido swimming, fantasy novels, folk music, going to gigs and languages!

We’re both looking for a friendly flat, with people who are happy to be sociable and also do their own thing. We are both queer and neurodivergent, so queer & ND friendly is important ❤️
