Spacious double room in large Balham house

One of our housemates is moving out in September so we're looking to find a new flatmate to replace them.

About the room:
It's a spacious, double bedroom located upstairs in a 4 bedroom house. The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table, and double bed. The house has a living room and a huge kitchen, along with a bathroom and separate toilet. We also have a private garden which is great for drying clothes and getting outside when you're working from home.

The current housemates are myself (Jack) and Duncan. We've also got another housemate, Freya, moving in in September. We're very chilled housemates and always happy to go for a drink, but we're also busy with our work and hobbies so we appreciate you will be too!
