Room to Rent in Lovely Balham Garden Flat

I’m looking for someone to join me in my lovely flat in Balham. I recently bought my first home and am looking for someone (long-term) to rent my second room (and of course to help me decorate!).

The flat is on Dornton Road in Balham (c.10 mins to the station). It is a first-floor flat with a large, private garden which stays sunny for most of the day. The room itself has a king-sized bed, plenty of storage and room for more. Rent is £1300pcm + bills with move in anytime from now on - happy to be flexible for the right fit but ideally I’d like to find someone by the end of the summer.

You’d be living with me - I’m 27, a civil servant and in the office 3-4 days a week with most of my friend group living in London so I’m often out and about in the week / weekends. I’m looking for someone similar age and lifestyle to me - sociable and up for a drink but also comfortable with their own space. Being clean and tidy is really important to me, and as this is my home I’m looking for someone who will also want to look after the place as their own too (and help guide my interior design choices…). Open to any gender (just no homophobes pls!).
