Short term rental (22 Jan 27 - 12 Feb 27)

My partner and I are going travelling and are looking to rent out our entire flat whilst we are away. The flat is available from 22 January 2027 till 12 February 2027. Ideally looking for someone who will stay for at least 2 weeks.

As this is our home we are ideally looking for one or two working professionals who will look after our place as if it is their own. The flat has a shared main entrance with our upstairs neighbours and access to a private garden. Ideal for someone who may be in between moving houses or visiting London.

The flat has one bedroom with a king sized bed and a second smaller office/ spare room with a desk and small double sofa bed.

Please note we do have a dog. She will not be at the flat, but ideally you are okay with the occasional dog hair etc.

The house is fully furnished and stocked with plates, cutlery etc available. We will remove most of our personal belongings so that you can store clothes and toiletries etc as needed.

We have a cleaner that comes once a week on Friday mornings, this is included in the weekly cost.

The flat is about a 5 minute walk to Balham station and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and amenities nearby.
