The location:
The flat is well located, it's a 7 min walk to Balham tube & train station. There are a lot of lovely cafes & restaurants around and it's also just a short walk to Wandsworth common & Tooting common.

The flat:
The flat has a large communal living room & kitchen, with lots of space to relax. The room itself is a double with space for a desk. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe & potentially a chest of drawers should the new person want it. There is also a large cupboard in the hall with additional storage. The room has an excellent view of the lovely communal garden & gets wonderful sunlight. It also has the benefit of being the warmest room in winter & coolest in summer.

The people:
You'll be sharing with Bailey who works in Law & Steph who works in Finance. Both are into watching television, playing games & going out for brunches etc. The flat lends itself well to hanging out together while still being big enough to have plenty of personal space.

The cost & move in:
Rent comes to £796 a month without bills. Bills are generally between £50-£100 a month on top of this (with variation between summer/winter).
The move in is 27th September, however I will have my accommodation before that date so can be flexible!
