Bedroom in Balham, sociable house with garden

Hi!

We’re looking for a new guy housemate to join us in our four bed in Balham as one of our flatmates is moving out to live with their partner. It’s the end of an era ☹ but we’re looking forward to starting a new one! It’s currently me, Sig, Jacinta, and we want to keep the 50/50 balance.

The details:


Move in date: Late September

Rooms: Small double bed with chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table.

Location: 10 min walk from Balham (tube, national rail, buses, shops (big Sainsburys & Waitrose & Aldi). 5 min walk from Tooting Common! Wandsworth and Clapham common are easily walk away too.

Rent: £670 + bills (about a £100 a month)

House: We have a (SW- facing) garden! Separate dining room, living room and kitchen and there’s a small office we share. There’s two toilets with one bath/ shower.

Housemates: We all have our own lives and friends in London, but we do end up doing a lot together as well! We are quite a social house with regular outings to the cinema, pub and dinners. It’s a fun relaxed house and we love the vibe we have at the moment.

Jacinta: 26, Aussie, working hybrid in communications, loves reading, cooking and the gym.

Isaac: 30, English, works in the office 5 days a week in TV, likes gigs, pubs and books.

( New housemate moving in late August) Sig: 25, works hybrid in PR, Canadian but lived in London for a few years

About you: Looking for someone aged 26-32 who’s clean and sociable. It’s a super friendly house and we are looking for someone who wants to continue to make the house a home.
