​We are two female lawyers in our late 20s looking for two like-minded, clean, and friendly young professionals (approx. 25–33) to join our home. Whether you’re best friends looking together or individuals searching solo, we’d love to meet you! 👯‍♀️

​Room 1 (Larger Double): £1225 p/m 🛏️
​Room 2 (Large Double): £1195 🛋️
Deposit: £1662 (we are under the old deposit arrangements)

​(Note: The slight difference in price reflects the room sizes—both are bright, airy, and situated on our middle floor! There is also a shared bathroom between 3 of us on the middle floor.)

​Furniture Included: Both rooms come furnished with a comfy double bed and a wardrobe 🚪. Current tenants are also open to leaving additional furniture upon discussion! 🪑

​WFH Ready: Need to work from home? Both rooms are wonderfully spacious with more than enough room for a desk and chair so you can set up a comfortable workstation! 💻🎧

​💸 Bills: Roughly ~£140-150/month (covers gas, electricity, council tax, wifi and water and a bi-weekly cleaner to keep things spotless! 🧹✨)
