Short-term let of my furnished room in our cosy Balham flat, available 31 October – 24 November.

5 mins walk from Balham tube station (Northern Line) and near loads of great pubs and restaurants.

The room has a small double bed and comes fully furnished. The flat has great communal spaces, including a light and airy living room with large windows, a spacious modern kitchen and an airy terrace.

You’ll be sharing with three friendly flatmates: Sammy, a nurse; Martin, a civil engineer; and Molly, a social media freelancer who also works part-time as a barista. It’s a relaxed and sociable household, while still being a good place to have your own space.

It would be ideal for someone looking for a comfortable temporary base in London for a few weeks while on holiday or traveling.

I'm away during these dates, so I'm looking for someone friendly, clean and respectful to enjoy the room while I'm gone.
